Update: Electronics Recycling Day in Beacon

Update: all cars will enter through the main entrance (off 9D) and exit onto Beekman Street (the road from the train station). 

All the flyers say it's at the Police Station parking lot, but it's not precisely there. The lot has 3 levels, and cars will be driving through them to make their drop offs. Hopefully this isn't too confusing. There will be flags and traffic controllers directing cars to where they'll get unloaded.
